Starting my own Blog!

Have you ever felt the need to express your opinion, knowledge or experiences, but feel that people are not waiting for you and your stories?

Well I certainly have that feeling! I also know that you only get to new places and improve yourself by doing that what makes you a bit uncomfortable. Similarly in sports you don’t get better by doing things you are doing well, you get better by things that might suck or make you a little nervous.

So with that being said I decided to start my own blog. After giving it a lot of thought wether to write about physiotherapy content or sports performance/ techniques, I thought why not both? The goal is to write a blogpost every week, with a variety of topics on both physiotherapy or sport performance.

Starting my own blog

Posts might be inspired by research, questions that arise from my work as a physiotherapist or experience as a sports practitioner. Also I might get inspired by topics from the greats in our profession from going to a congress or symposium. If you wish to get more information on a certain topic, do not be afraid to send in a request.

So are you a physiotherapist, fitness nut, weightlifting addict, crossfit fetishist? Or maybe you like to live more dangerously and play field sports? are you interested in why our body sometimes breaks down and how? Maybe more importantly, are you interested in how our body gets better after it breaks down? Search no further and read about all of the above on my blog.
